Our Process

A lot goes into every single video we create. Here’s how we do it...

At Joe Mule, we’re all about custom made videos.

You will always get a unique video that has been created from the ground up to fit seamlessly with your company’s branding and tie in with your other marketing efforts.

We’ve spent years mastering our video content production process, and we’ve perfected it to the point where we now have a clear, defined structure.

Every video starts with a discovery session. We’ll send you a short questionnaire to start with, and you can also talk with an account manager to clarify the details. Our goal here is to understand your business, your target audience and what you want to achieve with your video.

Script & Story

Next, we hold an in-house brainstorming session for your video. These creative sessions are where we generate original ideas, and once we’ve decided on a general direction, our team of expert copywriters and designers get busy crafting a script and a storyboard.

Voice & Visuals

Once you’re happy with the script and story, we move onto the voice. We work with some incredibly talented voiceover artists, and we’ll help you choose the right voice for your project. We also use the finalised script to develop the visuals and tell the story on screen.

Video Production

Now that everything is in place, it’s time to bring the whole production together using animation, sound effects and music. This is where your video comes to life.

Grab some popcorn! We’ll present you with your finished video for you to enjoy. And because you have been with us every step of the journey, we know you’re going to love it.

We work through each step with you and get your approval at every stage,
so you know that by the time we deliver the final video, it’s exactly what you wanted.

"Joe Mule were on our wavelength in terms of creative and helped bring our initially rather dry script to life with some lateral and unexpected touches. We couldn’t recommend Joe Mule Creative enough and suggest you look no further for on-site video"
